Who is FBCHA?

We are a Christian homeschool basketball and athletics program based in the Sugar Land area of Fort Bend County.

Are all players required to be homeschooled?

Yes, We STRICTLY adhere to the eligibility rules of The National Christian Homeschool Championship (NCHBC). Please refer to the eligibility guidelines at the following link:

Do all players have to tryout?

Yes, all players regardless of skill level or experience will tryout the first or second week of September. Check the website for the dates specific to the player’s age.

When and where are the practices?

We will practice at two locations:  

• Fort Bend Epicenter, 28505 Southwest Fwy, Rosenberg, TX 77471

• Crossover Athletics, 815 Summer Park Dr, Stafford, TX 77477

 Our full practice schedule has not been finalized, but we will soon be posting practice schedules for each team.

What is the Cost?

FBCHA strives to keep costs as low as possible.  Here are our 2024-2025 fees.

                12U        $425

                14U        $525

                16U        $625

                18U        $625

  • In addition, each player is required to fundraise $250 (more info to come)
  • We are getting new uniforms this year, so everyone will be required to purchase a new uniform at a cost of $150/player.
    • You will have an opportunity to get your new uniform for FREE (more info to come)
How many games will they play?

18U and 16U (Varsity & JV) 40+ games
14U approximately 30 games
12U approximately 25 games
10U approximately 15-20 games

Do you only play against homeschool teams?

No, we schedule games against homeschool, private, and public school teams.
